We successfully obtained planning permission for this contemporary house extension in Yearby village, the clients brief was to take their existing home and extend their useable space whilst retaining the original look and feel from the rear of the house. Space considerations and limitations had us settle on this vaulted-ceiling design that has allowed the space to feel more connected with the rear garden area. With Glass going from floor to ceiling allowing maximum light into the kitchen area. We aided in the design, applications and building regulations for the entire project.
