01 Initial Consultation
The design journey starts with understanding your vision. We’ll discuss your goals, project timeframes and budget, followed by a detailed survey of the project site to gather all the required information.
02 Design Concepts
We leverage our expertise to present ideas, solutions and concept designs for your project. Based on your feedback, this is shaped into a finalised design. Then draughted up by one of our Technicians.
03 Planning Application
Once you are happy with the design drawings, we submit the necessary planning applications and work closely with the local authority to ensure the project gets the green light.
04 Technical Documentation
The next stage is where the construction and technical drawings are completed, reviewed and finally submitted to building control for their approval.
05 Construction Oversight
Building work begins on-site, and we’ll continue to liaise with the builder and building control throughout the process to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.
06 Completion
With construction completed, relevant documentation is handed over and the completion certificate is issued by building control.
